Rather than trying to find a phone tripod that can go vertical, it's better to get a horizontal/vertical adapter like THIS ONE.
Then you can just get a regular fluid head tripod, and attach the adapter to the top. Here is a decent inexpensive phone tripod:
73 inch generic (well reviewed)
Good starter tripod for DSLR type:
Manfrotto MK190X3-2W with MHXPRO-2W
My preferred tripod for GH6:

You may also consider getting a gimbal with built-in camera:
For full-sized cameras, my preferred gimbals are the DJI Ronin line:
DJI RS 3 Combo (up to 6.6 lbs)
DJI RS 3 Pro Combo (up to 10 lbs)

NEEWER Motorized Camera Slider, 31.5"/80cm Carbon Fiber - control with your phone! Can do timelapse too.
Jibs can add a huge scope to your shots! Note that you need a very solid tripod to support them.
